Not right? We’ll make it right. Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take it from there.
What a refund includes
A refund returns what you actually paid — the item, its tax, and its share of any shipping. If only part of an order comes back, we refund exactly that part, item by item, and your receipt page shows the math.
How to start one
Contact us with your order number — it’s on the receipt page from your confirmation link. Digital items that have already been delivered can’t be returned, but if something is wrong with one, tell us and we’ll sort it out.
